How do I request a quote for my project?
To request a quote for your project, you can usually contact us via our Contact Form or E-mail, providing details about your project specifications and requirements. They will then assess the scope of the work and offer a price estimate.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer supplies for small CNC projects?
Yes, we offer supplies for small CNC projects, including aluminum degreasers, dyes, sealers, and other finishing products to support your custom metalwork needs.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please check our Shipping Policy for more information.
What is your return or refund policy?
Our return policy allows eligible items to be returned within 7 days for a full refund if unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Cancellations can be made if the order hasn’t been processed. For damages or issues, contact us immediately. Minor defects are not eligible for refunds, while major defects may qualify for a refund or exchange.
Custom items, clearance, and B-Stock items are non-returnable.

How can I track my order status?
