Requesting A Refund/Return
Eligible items can be returned within 7 days to receive a full refund. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Shipping for all returns is the customers responsibility. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Requesting A Cancellation
As long as your order hasn’t been worked on, fulfilled, or ineligible for other reasons, we can cancel your order.
Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Major Issues vs Minor issues
As every product is custom made, there may be minor or major defects on products. Minor defects are not subject to refund or exchange. Major defects are subject to refund or exchanges.

- Minor Anodizing discoloration
- Minor points of contact on anodizing
- De lamination on all exotic metals

- Large scratches, dents or major anodizing defects
- Dead PCB’s
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom one off designs, custom anodized jobs, custom finishes, clearance items and B-Stock items.
