We ship worldwide out of West Palm Beach, Florida. All shipping is covered by the customer once they make their purchase.
International Customs Fee

Combining Orders
Unfortunately, we don’t always catch two orders going to the same address. But if you contact us before your order is fulfilled, we can combine them and refund extra shipping charges.
Shipped Items
Once the shipping company has received your package and it shows in tracking, they are responsible and held liable to deliver your order. We will do our best to work with you and resolve any issues, but we will NOT refund lost, missing or stolen orders.
Package Is Lost Or Missing In Transit
If your package is lost or in limbo and remains undelivered after a reasonable amount of time, call your local shipping office and file a “Missing Mail Search”. We will do our best to work with you and resolve any issues, but we will NOT refund lost or missing orders.
Tracking Says Delivered But Package Is Missing
Please call your local shipping office and file a “Missing Mail Search” or open an investigation into your items. We will do our best to work with you and resolve any issues, but we will NOT refund lost or stolen orders.
