Our Cold Seal is highly concentrated sealant just for anodized aluminum. It has the perfect blend of accelerators and smut preventing agents to ensure an excellent seal, with minimum sealing smut.

Submerge part for 15 minutes
Properly rinse part before moving on to the next step. (HWA HOT WATER ADDITIVE)
(STEP 3) HWA (Hot Water Additive) - https://cadlabcnc.com/products/hwa-hot-water-additive
HWA (Hot Water Additive) is used to obtain a smut free surface from sealing in hot water. It produces a quality seal that meets all major specifications for anodized aluminum, and offers an economical solution to using hot water for sealing anodized aluminum.
Application Instructions
Empty full contents into 5 gallons of distilled water
Submerge part for 15 Minutes in hot water 180°F
Properly rinse part off, allow it to cure for 3 hours before handling
